Rebels No Savage is an American hip-hop duo based in North Carolina that was formed in 2016 by Evan Shanks and Basil Williams.
Shanks (Born January 28, 1997) is a vocalist, producer and engineer from Greensboro, NC with a background in violin and music production and Basil Williams (Born May 8, 1997) is a vocalist and engineer from Wilmington, NC. The duo has released twelve projects together and have performed over 65 live shows.
